The One Show Comes To NCW!
We were very excited to welcome a BBC film crew, when Peter White, a former NCW pupil and Radio 4 presenter, returned to the college to talk about his old school days.
In a feature called “My Old School” The One Show invites well known media personalities to return to their former schools and talk about their experiences and memories, which has previously featured well known faces such as Cherie Blaire, Janet Street-Porter, Rick Stein and Nicky Chapman.
Peter and the film crew spent a day at the college filming and we even found an old school report of Peter’s in our archive and many pictures of the school, classrooms and dormitories from the 1950’s and 60’s. The film was broadcast on 14th May, and if you missed it, click here to view.
