Outreach
Supporting the teaching community
Outreach is the curriculum support service provided by NCW. One of the roles of outreach is to provide advice and information to help visually impaired students and their teachers.
We have a selection of classroom resources available to assist you in teaching the national curriculum to children with sight problems. We also organise workshops for professionals, as well as subject specific courses for teachers of the visually impaired.
If you have a question about teaching methods, equipment, materials, modified tests, examinations, or have specific queries about teaching or supporting a visually impaired student, please contact our Outreach
Co-ordinator Rosie Owens on 01905 763933 or e-mail rowens@newcollegeworcester.co.uk
