Jack Wins Male Sports Personality of the Year!

Jack was overwhelmed to recieve the award of Male Sports Personality of the Year award at the prestigious npower Disability Sports Awards 2010. The nominations were announced by Cyrille Regis, ex WBA Football star and the award was presented by Lee Pearson, one of Britain's most successful Paralympic Medal winners.

Jack attended the event along with 500 guests, including many Paralympic athletes, Aston Villa players and many officials and stars from the world of sport.

Jack is currently ranked number 2 in the UK for the 100m, 200m and long jump and achieved his personal best in all three events at the IBSA World Championships in Colorado where he won Silver and two Bronze Medals. Having had a successful 2009, Jack is working towards the 2012 Paralympics by continuing to focus on his training and improving his Personal Bests.
