Ramsay Baxter Poems CD Now On Sale

The CD of the Poems My Mother Taught Me To Recite by Ramsay Baxter is now available

A charming, cheerful and entertaining collection poems Ramsay was taught to recite in his local church hall during the 1914 - 1918 war.

Long before the days of karaoke, television and other such entertainments from the age of four onwards, Ramsay Baxter proudly recited and performed these Poems to many admiring audiences.

No doubt many of his later students would testify to the power they gave to his memory and strength of his vocal command as a teacher of modern languages at New College Worcester from 1945-1969.

All profits from the sale of the CD and book are for the support of the blind and partially sighted students of New College Worcester (NCW).
