What is the Easter Revision Course?

The aim of this course is to support students with a visual impairment, in Years 10 and 11 with preparation for their GCSE examinations in Maths, English and Science. A range of topics will be covered, with particular emphasis on the areas which cause specific issues for visually impaired students.

The course will be delivered by experienced and qualified teachers of students with a visual impairment and will also work on study skills and exam technique.


The college will also be providing entertainment and social activities during the evening and students will have the opportunity to socialise with one another and relax after a hard day's studying!

Who should attend?

Any visually impaired student in year 10 or 11 who is currently studying for their GCSE's.

When & Where?

This is a three day residential course held at the college in Worcester. Students will be offered accommodation (which may be shared) in the College houses and meals in the College dining hall.

The course in held from Wednesday 1st to Saturday 4th April.

Is there a charge?

There is no cost for the course as this is part of our Outreach programme as a Specialist Special School.
