Curtains Up On College Play
In the week leading up to February half term NCW students presented an evening of entertaining one act plays entitled, ‘One For All’ which included lots of dramatic scenes and laughter! Students had been rehearsing since October in their small groups both with their Drama teacher; and in the houses in their spare time.
This was an opportunity for lots of students from different year groups to work together and to show off their skills in acting, sound and lighting. Two students also performed a dance piece in the interval.
The evenings were a great success and the audiences were enthusiastic in their applause and laughter at the evening of comedy. The performances allowed many of our new students to display their hidden talents and to enjoy performing in front of their peers, friends and their families.
